外国专家：欧盟关税“高墙”剥夺消费者选择，阻碍绿色转型｜世界观

　　克日，欧盟成员国代表投票通过欧盟委员会提交的欧盟电动汽车反津贴案终裁草案，拟对原产于中国的电动汽趁魅征收最终反津贴税。针对这一动向，澳大利亚中国工贸易委员会董事会前成员、丝绸之路国际商会澳大利亚代表戴若·顾比(Daryl Guppy)在接管中新网采访时指出，欧盟对中国电动趁魅征收关税的做法不只剥夺了欧洲斲丧者的选择，还也许影响欧盟绿色经济方针的实现。

　　顾比以为，跟着成长绿色经济的需求在欧洲推举中的重要性不绝晋升，进步关税的设施并不会受到选民普及接待。

　　他还提到，20世纪80年月，美国对日本汽趁魅征收关税时，日本车企通过进步产物质量来应对。这或者也是中国电动车企应对关税挑衅的可行路径之一。(记者 陈天浩)

　　European Union members voted to impose tariffs on Chinese-made electric vehicles (EVs). Daryl Guppy, former national board member of the Australia China Business Council and Australian representative of the Silk Road International Chamber of Commerce, noted that these tariffs take away European consumers' choice to buy EVs at a variety of price levels, and will also impact on the achievement or the ability to achieve green economy goals.

　　In terms of China’s response, Guppy raised the case of Japanese carmakers responding to U.S. tariffs in 1980s, noting that making cars “still attractive even at the higher price created by tariffs” might be a way out for Chinese carmakers. (Chen Tianhao)
